Our Chefs take pleasure in delivering a moving culinary experience to Rocky Mountaineer guests.  Using only the finest and freshest local ingredients, the four culinary artists work their magic to create regional dishes that celebrate the distinctive character of Western Canada.

Our Chefs invite you to enjoy one of their favorite regional recipes for Honey Lemon Ginseng Cheesecake, served in GoldLeaf Service.  The Rocky Mountaineer train travels through landscape that grows British Columbia’s famed Ginseng- ‘the best Ginseng in the entire world.’
