Here is just a snapshot of his rail journeys… “I had the pleasure of being a guest on the Fraser Discovery Route this past September 2nd and 3rd,what a blast, thoroughly enjoyed those 2 days. The highlight on this trip was the section from Quesnel to Whistler, it was absolutely stunning and magnificent to say the least. This was my 5th trip with the Rocky Mountaineer I did two roundtrips previous, one in 2002, the other one in 2005. These were on the Kicking Horse Routes, both roundtrips started and ended in Calgary. Each trip was different, which made it all the better! The best part is, that all of this is happening in my own backyard. But there is more…I did 3 trips on the Whistler Mountaineer in September, also. I am booked for the Winter Rail Adventure this December and a roundtrip on the Kicking Horse Route, starting in Vancouver, and a single trip on the Fraser Discovery Route, this time starting in Whistler.
