ROCKY MOUNTAINEER APPOINTS THREE NEW US SALES MANAGERS

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (July 21, 2009) – As part of Rocky Mountaineer’s commitment to in-market sales representation, the company is pleased to announce three new appointments to the US sales team. Laura Miller, Leslie Gardea and Jane Hershey have been brought on as Regional Business Managers for targeted regions in the US market, reporting to Elizabeth Johnsen, Director of Sales, USA.

Leveraging in-depth industry knowledge, travel industry experience and key customer contacts, the new sales team will develop and execute Rocky Mountaineer's strategic sales efforts across all channels in the US.

Laura Miller, Regional Business Manager, USA
Ms. Miller joins Rocky Mountaineer after ten years as a top performing Territory Manager for Access America travel insurance and brings with her a wide range of industry experience. Prior to Access America, she spent twelve years as a multi-line representative for such brands as Westin Hotels, Hertz, Norwegian Cruise Lines and Ritz Carlton Hotels. Ms. Miller will cover the Pacific Northwest, Northern California and the Mid-Central states.

Leslie Gardea, Regional Business Manager, USA
Ms. Gardea brings an extensive background in progressive selling from the Auto Club of Southern California, where she served in various capacities from Product Manager to Group Travel Manager. Ms. Gardea will be responsible for growth in the Southwest and parts of the South Central states.

Jane Hershey, Regional Business Manager, USA
Ms. Hershey served nine years as a top performing Business Development Manager for Travel Leaders (formerly known as Carlson Wagonlit Travel) and brings with her a wide range of industry experience. Ms. Hershey will cover the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and Upper Mid-West of the USA.
