At Rocky Mountaineer we nurture a deep sense of community in our organization with an active Spirit Committee spearheading our many social gatherings. From pancake breakfasts to Christmas luncheons and more, we are a strong, cohesive team that is filled with respect for one another. We value diversity, inclusion, engagement, and are committed to building connections with each other, and having a lot of good times.

Living our values

Openness and transparency are key drivers in our culture. We encourage communication at all levels, and regularly host Town Hall Meetings to ensure that all team members are informed and engaged. Our culture is also defined by celebrating our successes, through formal awards as well as peer to peer recognition programs.
