Does enhanced flexibility apply if I want to book during the 2023 season?
If you are looking to book to travel during the 2023 season, your booking will not be eligible for enhanced flexibility and our standard terms and conditions will apply.
Does enhanced flexibility apply if I’m holding a travel credit and rebook my travel for 2022?
No, enhanced flexibility will not apply if you are already holding a travel credit.
If I use my travel credit to book a new date, can my promotions be carried over as well?
Yes, if you use your travel credit to book a new date, we will honour the original promotion you booked on. Should a better promotion be in market at the time of rebooking, you can take advantage of the current in-market promotion (some exclusions apply). Only one promotion will be applicable.
Once I use enhanced flexibility for my current booking, do I still retain the benefits?
If you have used enhanced flexibility to cancel for any reason, up to 60 days prior to travel and received a travel credit to rebook a new journey, the benefits of enhanced flexibility will no longer apply. Further changes or cancellations will be subject to the standard terms & conditions.

1 Enhanced Flexibility is subject to additional terms and conditions as provided below:
- Rocky Mountaineer (“RM”) reserves the right to substitute Enhanced Flexibility (“EF”) with a promotion of equal or greater benefit should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
- If for any reason, EF is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of RM, RM reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend EF.
- If an act, omission, or circumstance occurs which are beyond the reasonable control of RM (including but not limited to system errors, technical failures, and government interference) and which prevents RM from complying with its assurances and obligations under EF, RM will not be liable for failure to perform or delay in performance of obligations but will use all reasonable endeavors to avoid consumer disappointment.
