If I have rebooked my travel from 2020 to 2021 on a promotion that stipulated an early payment date, are my outstanding funds due in January or 60 days from my travel?
All final payments will be due 60 days out from travel, including if you booked on a promotion. For 2020 rebookings that are complete and have outstanding funds to pay in January 2021, your payment terms will be adjusted so that final payment is due 60 days from the date of travel. If you have yet to rebook and pay in full, your final payment date will be 60 days before travel.
I have already paid $25 to secure my seats on promotion. Does enhanced flexibility apply to my booking?
If you have paid a $25 deposit to secure your booking for 2021, you will need to pay the 20% deposit by November 6, 2020, in order to continue with your booking. Should you choose not to pay the 20% deposit at that point, you will lose your secured booking. Once you pay the 20% deposit, the deposit will be refundable for up to 60 days and you will be eligible for all enhanced terms for 2021.
Does enhanced flexibility apply if I want to book during the 2022 season?
If you are looking to book to travel during the 2022 season, your booking will not be eligible for enhanced flexibility and our standard terms and conditions will apply.
If I change the dates of my booking, can my promotions be carried over as well?
Yes. If you make a date change on your booking, we will honour the original promotion you booked on.
If I need to change the date of my booking, do I need to book a new date right away?
If you are moving your travel date into 2022, you will need to select dates. If you choose to move into 2023, we will make a credit note on your booking for 2023.
If I booked with a $25 deposit and chose not to take the promotion due to the early payment date, can I apply the promotion now?
Yes, if you decided not to take a promotion when booking because of the early payment, please contact the sales centre to request the promotion be applied to your booking.
