Below you will also find additional resources of what to do in case of an emergency. 

For emergency assistance, dial 9-1-1

To contact emergency services (including ambulance, police or fire) in Canada and the United States dial 9-1-1. If onboard Rocky Mountaineer, notify the nearest Rocky Mountaineer personnel.

For non-emergency assistance

If you require non-emergency medical assistance during your journey we would be pleased to assist you. Simply ask your Host when you're onboard the train or contact the Guest Experience Centre by phone or email

Wildfire information

As the safety of our guests and team members is our top priority, we constantly monitor the wildfire situation in the regions we travel through to evaluate any potential impact on our operations. With much of BC and Alberta, and Colorado and Utah, having forested areas, the hot summer months can see an increase in the number of active wildfires throughout these provinces and states. Should wildfires occur near our routes and affect our operations, we will share relevant information here
