Checking-in for your train journey

Before boarding the train, all guests will need to check in. Please read below for more information on how to check in for your train journey.

If you are travelling as part of a group, speak with your Tour Director for information about your group's check in process.

Hotel & seat assignments

When you check in, you will be given your boarding pass with your pre-assigned seat and overnight accommodation for Kamloops, Whistler and Quesnel, or Glenwood Springs. Your boarding pass will also include your assigned seat and coach for your rail journey. If you are travelling on a Circle Journey, you will have different seating on each of the rail routes that are a part of your Circle Journey.  While we are unable to accommodate specific seats, train coach location or first or second meal seating requests, we can accommodate certain requests, such as sitting near a friend who has booked separately. Please advise your Vacation Consultant or travel professional at least 60 days in advance.
