1. Where can I find information specific to my Rocky Mountaineer booking?

Once you've booked your journey you will be able to view your booking details, including your itinerary and payment status, in our Guest Portal. You can also view and book optional add-on tours and transfers if your itinerary doesn't already include them. 

2. What do I need to do after I’ve booked my Rocky Mountaineer rail journey?

3. How do I get to or from the destination where I begin or end my Rocky Mountaineer journey?

4. Do I need to book travel insurance for my journey?

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance for their Rocky Mountaineer journey so they can have peace of mind should anything happen. Review our Travel Insurance page to learn what insurance options are available for your journey.

6. What time does the train depart and arrive?

View our Train Departure Times & Locations page to find information about arrival and departure times for our trains. For the most up-to-date arrival and departure information prior to travel, please refer to your final travel documents, which will be emailed to you 30 days prior to your departure and can also be found in our Guest Portal.

Please note, rail travel in North America is occasionally subject to unforeseen delays therefore arrival and departure times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Because of this, please do not book connecting transportation, including flights, on this day. 

7. How do I check-in for my train departure?

8. What meals are included in my Rocky Mountaineer journey?

Meals onboard the train are included as part of your Rocky Mountaineer journey. Please refer to your confirmation documents provided at the time of booking, or your final travel documents, which will be emailed to you 30 days prior to your departure, for information on what meals are included as part of your journey.

Upon booking, you can also view or download your confirmation and final travel documents in our Guest Portal.

9. What accommodations are included with my Rocky Mountaineer journey?

Depending on the package you have booked, accommodations may be included before or after your Rocky Mountaineer journey. Please refer to your confirmation documents provided at the time of booking, or your final travel documents, which will be emailed to you 30 days prior to your departure, for information on what accommodations are included as part of your journey.
